With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan E. Bair of Akron, Pennsylvania, born in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 17, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James John and Anna Macredes (Brown); her spouse Busey R. Bair; her sons, Ricky Lynn and Donald E. Bair; and her grandson Jeremy.

She is survived by : her children, Stephen D. (Billie Fay Bair), Theodore A. (Deborah Bair), B. Randall (Amy Van Lenten), Jeffrey C. Bair, Joni L. (Joe Simmons), Mark D. (Joy Bair), Marcia A. Bair, Tami L. Bair, David C. Bair, Janine L. Hecker and Eric M. (Joan Bair); and her sister Tycee Enos. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
