She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Ream and Mary Gilgore Ream; her daughter Cindy L. Dietz; and her sisters, Paula Ream and Fay Hamm.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald F. "Jerry" Altman; her daughter Sherry L. Jones of Reinholds; her grandchildren, Brian Frederickson, Heather Lynn Tonks, Brittany Dietz and Christopher Jones; and her sister Catherine O'Dell of Lancaster. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
