It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannette (Tise) Spencer of Alba, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward II and Barbara Tice (Haas); and her brother Corporal Edward J. Tice III. She is survived by: her children, Charles Berry (Audrey), Emily Adams (Ken) and Eric Spencer; her grandchildren, Cassandra Berry, Kay Taylor, Katie Adams, Travis Spencer and Alison Spencer; and her sisters, Patricia Miller (William), Cindy Dunkleberger (Gary) and Kathy Stopper (Gene). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
