He is survived by : his wife Ann; his sons, John Gollmer (Amanda), Darrick Gollmer (Gayle) and Chris Kitchen (Meagan); and his niece Michelle Green (Brent). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous relatives and friends.
