He was predeceased by: his father Richard Pavolko. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Beam Pavolko; his wife Sandra Segal Pavolko; his children, Sarah of Middlefield, OH, Steven of Wexford, PA and Maria Pavolko of Erie, PA; and his siblings, Larry (DuAnn), Diana Moyer (Chris), Jackie DeMichele (Bill), Michael (Rose), Jennifer and Allison Pavolko.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bill's honor to the Northwestern Food Pantry, 1 Robb and Powell Avenue, Albion, PA 16401.
