We bid farewell to Stephen Grossarth of Aleppo, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 10, 2025 at the age of 83. Stephen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Stephen leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Stephen may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Grossarth and Flora Grossarth; his son Michael Grossarth; and his brother Clyde Grossarth (Shirley). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Grossarth (McGahey); and his daughter Amanda Hooper (Daniel).
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Copeland - Irvine Chapel (702 Beaver St, Sewickley, PA 15143). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sewickley United Methodist Church (337 Broad St, Sewickley, PA 15143).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center.
