He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Loudin and Letha Howes Phillips; his wife Paula Polito; and his siblings, John Franklin, Arnold Dale, Dwight, Howard Phillips, Mary Lou Ware, Betty Sue Harris, Patty Davis and Linda Lester.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Ann McKenna (Christoper) of Aliquippa and Cheryl Neusch (Randy) of Aliquippa; his grandsons, Christopher McKenna (Brittany), Nathan McKenna (Heather) of Pittsburgh, PA, Jesse McKenna (Megan) of Aliquippa, Michael Neusch (Carly) of Aliquippa and Jordan Neusch of Aliquippa; his great grandchildren, Elliot Neusch of Aliquippa, Kira, Cedrick McKenna and Emma Marie McKenna of Pittsburgh; his sister Martha Reed of Tallmansville, WV; his sibling's children, Steve Phillips (Carolyn) of French Creek, Robert Phillips (Lisa) of French Creek, Kevin Davis (Jane), Gloria Fisher (Dave) of Buckhannon and Denise Davis (Jerry); and his brother-in-law Richard Davis.
