She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Berkovic and Julie Berkovic (Forney); and her brother Scott McCracken. She is survived by: her children, Corey Gay, Kristie Gay and Kayla Helble; her granddaughter Josclynn Gay; her brother Joshua Jones (Melissa); her sibling's children, Sophia, Bella, Ryan, Joshua, Dominic, Kyrie and Nathan; her great-nephew Aiden; her aunt Joanne Forney; and her friend Judy Underwood.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Tatalovich Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. - Aliquippa (2205 McMinn St, Aliquippa, PA 15001).
