He is survived by: his daughter Michelle; his son-in-law Ryan Keczmer; his son Daniel; his daughter-in-law Rebecca Opsatnik; his grandchildren, Krysten (Dentel) and Daniel; his brother Dr. Richard Opsatnik; and his nephew Ronald Opsatnik.
