Though Elverna may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Squire Barbee and Ella Palmer-Barbee (Burgess); and her siblings, Wesley, Delvert, Randall Palmer and Doris V. Johnston.
She is survived by: her child Kwai Anthony Cuffie.
Viewing was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Greater Emmanuel A. M. E. Zion Church (185 6th Ave, Aliquippa, PA 15001). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Watch Video Greater Emmanuel A. M. E. Zion Church (185 6th Ave, Aliquippa, PA 15001).
