He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert L. Ritchie and Millicent A. Ritchie (Maley); his siblings, Herbert Ritchie Jr. and Betty Jeane Ritchie; and his brother-in-law John Quigley Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Ritchie (Drobac); his children, Kristie Ritchie (Jimmy Owens), James Ritchie Jr. (Brittany), Joshua Ritchie and Michael Ritchie; his daughter-in-law Kaylene Ritchie; his siblings, William Joseph Ritchie, Donna Ritchie and Florence Quigley; his grandchildren, Michael Napolitan III (Ashlynn), Anna Napolitan, Kylie Napolitan, James Ritchie III, William Ritchie and Jonathan Ritchie; and his great grandchildren, Michael IV and Ezekiel.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rochester Free Methodist Church (480 Jefferson St, Rochester, PA 15074). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
