He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Mike and Helen Mike (Joseph); and his brother Sammy Mike. He is survived by : his wife Audrey Mike (Getz); his children, Karen Latshaw (Brad) and Johnny Mike (Leigh-Anne); his stepdaughters, Brooke Kosmal (Eric) and Jenna McNees (Daniel Vasquez); his grandchildren, Luke, Hailey, Olivia, Bradley, Addison and Lilliana; his sister Rosanne Harley; and his cousin Dr. Joseph Ferris.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
