With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leroy Epps of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 18, 2025 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Epps, Sr. and Gustavia Sartor Epps; and his brothers, Roscoe Epps, Jr., Lewis Epps, James Epps, William Epps and Clarence Epps.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Epps; his children, Yvette Epps Quamina and Brian Epps; his granddaughter Shikira Quamina; his siblings, John Epps, Sr., Edward Epps, Albert Epps, Terry Epps (Lucille) of South Carolina, Clara Mae Stuckey, Corrine Sims (Eugene), Gussie Thompson and Marie Rutherford (Jerome) of Union; and his close friends, Albert Frank and Booker Fanning. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ebenezer AME Church (1015 Davis St, Aliquippa, PA 15001). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
