He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight O. Parks and Helen E. Parks (Henderson); his wife Marian Parks; his son Gary Parks; and his brother Ronald Parks.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sheryl Prugh (Walt) and Karen Kromer; his grandchildren, Zachary Mamula (Heather), Jessie Kelly (Ryan), Brandy Parks, Melissa Roessler (Jeff), Travis Kromer (Beth) and Bev Prugh; his siblings, Vernon Parks (Shirely), Janice Fulton (Harold) and Bernard Parks (Vicki); and his brother-in-law David Bruce (Margaret). He is also survived by grandchildren; 2 great greatgrandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tatalovich Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. - Aliquippa (2205 McMinn St, Aliquippa, PA 15001).
