With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maria Sonsini of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 4, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Gennaro "Gerry" Sonsini; her daughter Elisa Sonsini; her son-in-law Joseph Placidi, Jr.; her brother-in-law Angelo Sonsini; and her parents-in-law, Rocco and Paolina Sonsini.
She is survived by : her children, Rocco, Domenica Sonsini and Paula Placidi (Eddie Hodge); her grandchildren, Jena, Charlie Adams, Gerry, Monika Sonsini, Danny Sonsini and Joseph Placidi III; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Ava, Austin Adams, Kenzie, Gianrocco and Giorgio Sonsini; her siblings, Guiseppe DiGiovine and Domenica DiGiovine; and her sister-in-law Nancy. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
