He is survived by: his children, Krystal Boring (Chris), Shyanne Dale and Josh Lindsey; his girlfriend Sue Crowell; his grandchildren, Karley, Kelsey, Trevell, Zion and Dion; his siblings, Ginny Conner (Dale) and Larry Dale; his sister-in-law Tonia Richardson (Yarnell); and his friend Judy Leonard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
