She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Martini and Michelina Martini (Fracasa); her husband Richard A. Fontana; her siblings, Patrina Santia, Flora Santilli and Guy Martini; her nieces, Rosemarie and Antoinette Santilli; and her nephew Joseph Santia.
She is survived by : her children, Thomasine Fontana, Richard and Debbie Fontana; her grandchildren, Thomas Lee Fontana, Ariel and Bill Styer; her great grandchildren, T. J. Fontana and Mia Styer; and her caregivers, Forbes Hospital and Rachel.
