With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard D. Lipnicky of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, born in Rochester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 12, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Lipnicky and Elsie Lipnicky; and his siblings, Tom Lipnicky (Marlene) and Patty Lipnicky. He is survived by : his wife Debi Lipnicky; his children, Michael Baggus and Heather Stevens (Chuck); his grandchildren, Gage and Alexis Baggus; his siblings, Randy Lipnicky (Kate), Stella Lonkert and Sylvia Kasley; and his brothers-in-law, Brian Czulewicz (Carmela) and Mike Czulewicz (Debbie). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; and many loving family members and friends.
