He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A. Trimer and Gladys L. Trimer; and his brother Charles Trimer. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Trimer (Dot); his daughters, Kelly Lynne (Dean Dobbins) and Heather (John Hennessy); his grandchildren, Dean Richard Dobbins, Abbey Lynne Dobbins, Tanner Joseph Dobbins, Lacey Elleen Hennessy and Addy Grace Hennessy; and his brother Robert Trimer (Jean) of Ravenel, SC..
