He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia V. Perkey; his sister Martha Elaine Direnzo; his parents-in-law, Murphy Thomas and Frieda Thomas; and his brothers-in-law, James Thomas, Raymond Thomas and John Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Anita E. Perkey; his daughters, Debora Perkey, Beverly Perkey and Cheryl Perkey; his son-in-law Neil Canter; his brother Dale Perkey (Ben); and his siblings-in-law, Dusty Perkey, Philip Thomas, Paula Thomas, Rebecca Thomas, Michael Thomas, Johanna Thomas and Joseph Thomas. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church (115 Trinity Dr, Aliquippa, PA 15001).
