She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kerfoot and A. Joann Kerfoot (Walls); her husband Joseph Spellen; and her daughter Crystal Guthrie. She is survived by: her son William Guthrie (Kasey) of Missouri; her siblings, John Kerfoot of DuBois, PA and Debbie Cole (Steve) of Lena, IL; and her grandchildren, Cameron, Jackson and Ella.
