He was predeceased by: his parents, Brinton M. "Buckshot" McClain and Verna M. McClain (Stinson); and his mother-in-law Lois J. Kilgore (Meanor). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl L. McClain (Kilgore); his siblings, Larry B. McClain (Patricia) of Grindstone, Lanny D. McClain (Penny) of Washington Township and Cheryl McClain of New Kensington; his father-in-law Ralph W. Kilgore, Sr. of Allegheny Township; his brother-in-law Ralph W. Kilgore, Jr. (June) of North Apollo; and his pet Esther. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Curran-Shaffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. - Apollo (100 Owens View Ave, Apollo, PA 15613). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
