He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Charles and Genevieve Hatti Fouse (Held); his wife Dorothy Fouse; his daughter Deborah Fouse; his grandsons, Kenneth Fouse Jr. (Chip) and Stephen Fouse; his siblings, Ruth Sanford, Genevieve Yonek, Robert Fouse, Richard Fouse, Rodney Fouse and Kenneth Fouse; and his son-in-law Bruce Walker.
He is survived by: his children, Darlene J. Walker (Mike Joseph), Kenneth E. Fouse (Patricia) of East Vandergrift and Rodney Fouse (Jane) of Vandergrift. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
