He is survived by: his wife Violet "Jeanne" Kilchenstein (Chambers); his daughters, Agnes Paff (Steve) of Aspinwall, Karen Bayer (Tom) of Robinson Township and Amy Byrnes of Pittsburgh; his stepchildren, David Watt (Charlotte) of Millsboro, DE and Bobbi Watt Geer (Kristy) of Murrysville; his grandson Daniel Block; and his stepgrandchildren, Megan Arnesen (Gunnar), Sam Geer (Caitlin) and Katie Trautmann. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Curran-Shaffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. - Apollo (100 Owens View Ave, Apollo, PA 15613). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church (3055 Leechburg Rd, Lower Burrell, PA 15068).
