She was predeceased by : her parents, Severino Borello and Mary Borello (Cielo); and her husband Bill. She is survived by : her siblings, Joseph, Robert, Samuel Borello, Dorothy Soulier, Jean Doka and Ange Vallosio; her children, Debra Scarpati (James) of Simi Valley, CA, Sabrina Mudlo (Michael) of Kittanning and Troy Stevenson (Ann) of Lower Burrell; and her grandchildren, Dylan, Logan Mudlo, Kendall and Mara Stevenson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Rose's memory to Orphans Of the Storm, 11878 State Route 85, Kittanning, PA 16201.
