He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Cisek and Helen Cisek (Kurpiel); and his brother Robert J. Cisek. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Cisek (Bernardi); his daughters, Lori Wonders (Dean) of East Berlin, PA and Lisa Samluk (Steve) of Delmont, PA; and his grandchildren, Matthew Wonders and Claire Wonders. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice in Tom's memory.
