He was predeceased by: his wife Joan A. Plarr (Wieder); his parents, Verna M. Plarr, (Troxell) and Albert J. Plarr, Sr.; his son Steven J. Plarr; and his brother Ronald Plarr.
He is survived by: his daughter Debra L. Schultz (Earl D.) of Reading; and his grandchildren, Kelly J. White (Jeremy), Matthew E. Schultz (Kara) and Maxwell J. Plarr (Lexi). He is also survived by Great-grandchildren.
