He was predeceased by: his parents, Domingo Arroyo and Ramona Vega. He is survived by: his wife Aida Vega (Cadalaria); his children, Nancy Collazo (Jose), Luis Manuel Collazo (Mari), Jose Luis Collazo (Selena) and Besaida Collazo (Orlando); and his siblings, Domingo Arroyo (Angelica), Alicia Arroyo and Delmira Arroyo. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
