She was predeceased by: her parents, John Peterka and Stephanie Peterka (Lanosz); and her husband Marvin Sacks, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Metzler (James) of Parrish, FL and Linda Sacks of Allentown; her grandchildren, Arika Troxell (Joseph), Matthew Zimmerman, Michael Metzler (Rebecca) and Kevin Metzler; her great grandchildren, Holden, Owen, Skyelar, Jack, Lillian, Layla and Ariana; and her siblings, Mary Ann Philips, Paul Peterka (Valerie) and Robert Helfrich. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
