It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Birchett of Allentown, Pennsylvania, born in Ahoskie, North Carolina, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Charles Birchett; her parents, William Morings and Rosa Morings; and her siblings, Jessie Dillard, Russell Riddick, William Morings, Vernon Morings and Frank Morings.

She is survived by : her sons, Samuel Jacobs, Jr., Aaron Jacobs and Nathaniel Jacobs; her stepchildren, Kenisha Birchett and Sean Birchett; her siblings, Evelyn Cooper (Julius) and Joe Morings (Gwen); and her sister-in-law Eileen McArthur (Douglas). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 3 great- grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
