Barbara leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Barbara’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Barbara will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd C. "Ernie" Scheid and Nancy Brauer Scheid. She is survived by: her daughter Danielle E. Leon (Robert A. Nappa); and her brothers, Richard G. Scheid of Los Angeles and Michael J. Scheid.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Melanie B. Scheid Funeral Directors & Cremation Services (317 E Orange St, Lancaster, PA 17602).
