She was predeceased by: her husband James J. Wachter, Sr.; and her sister Judith Beers. She is survived by: her sons, James J. Wachter, Jr. (Jo) and Jeffrey D. Wachter (Lena Montes-Wachter); her grandchildren, Vivienne, Sebastian, Taisya, Noah, Emmalyn and Max; and her sister Winifred Hendricks (Thomas).
