He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Guth and Elsie Guth (Crouthamel); and his wife Francine F. Guth (Fenstermacher). He is survived by: his sons, Douglas and Barry Guth of Allentown, PA; and his siblings, Dollard Guth of Walnutport, PA and Lucille (Stanley Flamish) of Bath, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
