He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T. Miller and Perma A. Miller (Berkenstock); and his former wife Emily Miller (Hartzell). He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie (Keller); his children, Dean, Vicki Werley (David), Charmain Brody (Neil) and Melissa Jacobs; his close friends, NJ and Sharon Wright; his sisters, Shirley Weisel of Allentown and Kathleen Kanishock of Allentown; and his grandchildren, Katelynn, Elijah, Myah, Leonard, Caylah and Tyvaeh.
Memorial Contributions may be given in Charles memory to Shriner Children's, to help those with burn care in support of his own personal experience with a burn injury.
