He is survived by: his children, Patrick Kapun of Allentown, Michael Kapun (Michelle) of Lower Macungie and Theresa (Butch Schoch) of Ironton; his grandchildren, Jennifer Kapun Bridgwood, Tana Crone, Kelly Moussa, Erin Zgonis, Deirdre Blakemore, Scott Kapun and Megan Thompson; and his great grandchildren, Ashley Houser, Jordan, Justin Jones, Connor Moussa, Kenleigh, Evan Zgonis, Madison, Gavin, Grayson Blakemore, Khale and Landon Warfel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
