Chapkovich (Kelly) of Allentown, Cody A. Chapkovich (Chelsea) of Macungie and Bailey B. Chapkovich of Allentown; his siblings, Steve Chapkovich of Cookeville, TN, Mark Chapkovich of Cookeville, TN and Rose Bruce of Boynton Beach, FL; and his granddaughters, Sara and Kayla.
