She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence E. Youngkin and Margaret M. Youngkin (Hoffert); her siblings, James E. Youngkin and Janet M. Gardner; and her brother-in-law Howard W. Gardner.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas F. Bartman; her children, Matthew T. Bartman (Erin) of West Chester and Jessica M. Schmidt (Robert) of Murray Hill; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Emily, Allison, Avery and Parker; and her sister-in-law Roberta A. Youngkin of Magnolia.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. (326 Main St, Hellertown, PA 18055). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
