She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Burgess Jr. and Joan E. Burgess (Warren). She is survived by: her husband Terry R. Koch; and her brothers, Gary Burgess (Lori), William Burgess (Susan) and Craig Burgess. She is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
