She was predeceased by : her husband William H. Anthony; her parents, Thomas J. and Mary E. Ballas (Hamulas); and her sisters, Gloria Ballas, Martha Fox and Eleanor Volkert.

She is survived by : her sister-in-law Mabel A. Widrick (John) of Allentown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
