She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Guri and Anna Guri (Wasilik); her husband Michael Lucik, Sr.; and her sisters, Anne Fellock, Mary Deutsch and Helen Clark.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Lucik Jr. of Kerrville, TX, Ronald Lucik of Sugar and Deborah Kisver of Flower Mound, TX; and her sister Margaret Stavinsky of Scottsdale, AZ.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
