She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent W. Notter; her parents, Leroy A. Burger and Anna Burger (Brudnak); and her brother Leroy A Burger Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Judith A. Englehart (Dean) of Fleetwood and Thomas V. Notter of Allentown; her grandchildren, John V. Kasenchak (Morgan) and Kimberley A. Lawrence (Evan Battle); her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Chloe and Charlotte; and her sister Dolores Rabenold. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
