He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Rivera and Crusita Matos; and his daughter Aida Luz Rivera. He is survived by: his children, Philpi Rivera, Miadlia Rivera, Zoraida Ortiz and Jorge Rivera. He is also survived by 20 Grandchildren, 25 Great-Grandchildren and 2 Great, Great-Grandchildren.
