It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances T. Billera of Allentown, Pennsylvania, born in Nesquehoning, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Carl J. Billera, Sr.; and her parents, Michael Collura and Nicolena Collura (Mancuso). She is survived by: her children, Judy (Ernie Luengen) of Schnecksville, Lisa (Todd Hoffman) of Allentown, Michelle (Dave Gyory) of Allentown, Gina Feichtl of Allentown, Michael (Cindy) of Allentown and Carl, Jr. (Anissa) of Allentown; and her siblings, Mary Sheats of Arnold, MD, Theresa Sapienza of Silver Spring, MD and Michael Collura. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
