He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Provencio and Magdalena Provencio. He is survived by: his wife Sandra A. Provencio (Beam); his son Gabriel; his stepchildren, Tina Afif (Trent) of Nevada, Ali Afif (Tina) of Allentown and Noaf Weller (Edwin) of Allentown; and his brothers, Luis of California and Pedro of Oklahoma. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, two great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews.
