He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Harley and Agnes Harley (Tamulevicz). He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Harley (Cicchino); his daughters, Donna Gaffney (Mark), Jean Frick (Drew) and Jessica Williams (Cory Moyer); his sister Bernice O'Kane (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Katie Gaffney, Maddie, Alexa Frick, Nathaniel and Abby Williams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Heintzelman - Stephens Funeral Home (274 N Krocks Rd, Allentown, PA 18106-9597).
