It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Graciela Posse of Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 5, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Carlos Vergne and Lucia Veglio-Vergne; her husband Tino; and her daughter Tish Rohe. She is survived by: her son-in-law Thomas Rohe; her grandchildren, Caroline Shuart (John) and Jon Rohe; her great grandchildren, Evie, John and Thomas; and her sibling's children, Hector Lopez and Ileana Lopez.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the William J. Leber Funeral Home (15 Furnace Rd, Chester, NJ 07930). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Graceland Memorial Park (1900 Galloping Hill Rd, Kenilworth, NJ 07033).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lakota Wolf Preserve.
