He is survived by: his parents, Frederick C. Wert and Constance K. Wert (Haines) of Allentown; his son Chase L. Wert; his siblings, Philip C. Wert (Tina M.) of Orefield and Kathleen W. Drake (James P.) of Fogelsville; and his nieces, Alyssa, Nicole, Ashley, Natalie, Lauren and Elizabeth.
