She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Ortiz and Margarita Camacho. She is survived by: her children, Haydee Roma of Philadelphia, Aixa Cintron of Puerto Rico, Elisa Cintron of Rhode Island, Ivette Cintron of Allentown, Zenaida Cintron of Allentown, Jose Sanchez of Allentown, Iran Roma of Allentown and Hector Luis Rosrio Cintron of New Jersey; and her siblings, Juana Ramona Ortiz of Puerto Rico, Ana Lidia Ortiz of Puerto Rico, Carmen Ortiz, Madelin Ortiz, Naida Ortiz, David Ortiz and Jose Rene Ortiz. She is also survived by 27 Grandchildren and 44 Great-Grandchildren and 4 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
