She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Yanolko and Julia Yanolko (Fenya); her husband William K. Weitknecht; and her siblings, Alex Yanolko, George Yanolko, Mike Yanolko and Anna Yanolko.

She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Weitknecht of Allentown, Karla Leitgeb of Allentown and Jill Proscia of Mayfield; her grandchildren, Erika, Ryan, Bella, Marco, Luca and Giacomo; her adoptive mother Jill; and her great grandchildren, Landon and Lacey.
