It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack A. Henriquez of Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 22, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia J. Henriquez (Schwartz); his parents, Hector Henriquez B. and Gladys S. Henriquez; and his siblings, Hector Henriquez, Jr. and Marlene Brandao.
He is survived by: his sons, Eric W. Henriquez of New York City and Ryan S. Henriquez (Jennifer) of Brooklyn; and his grandchildren, Jack, Emerson, Roma and Harlow.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stephens Funeral Home, Inc. (274 N Krocks Rd, Allentown, PA 18106). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
